1,2,3,4… Put on your best dress Baby and darling fix your hair up
right this is a party honey way down beneath the neon lights I’ll tell you walking that hard
line imagine that, you’re gonna have
a good time I work five days a week, girl loading crates down on the dock I take my hard-earned money I meet my girl down on the block and wonder when the foreman
calls why I’ve already got Friday off my
mind When the whistle blows Girl, I’m down the street I’m home, I’m out of my work
clothes When I’m out on the street Whoa-oh-oh I walk the way I wanna walk When I’m out on the street Whoa-oh-oh I talk the way I wanna talk When I’m out on the street When I’m out on the street (Instrumental) When I’m out in the street, girl Well, I never feel alone When I’m out in the street, girl In the crowd I feel at home The black and whites they cruise
by And they watch us from the
corner of their eye But, there ain’t no doubt Girl, down here we ain’t gonna
change When I’m out in the street Whoa-oh-oh I walk the way I wanna walk When I’m out on the street Whoa-oh-oh I talk the way I wanna talk Out on the street I don’t feel sad or blue Out on the street We’ll be waiting for you (Instrumental) When the whistle blows Girl, I’m down the street I’m home, I’m out of my work
clothes When I’m out on the street Whoa-oh-oh I walk the way I wanna walk When I’m out on the street Whoa-oh-oh I talk the way I wanna talk When I’m out on the street Whoa-oh-oh Pretty girls, they all pass me
by Hanging out on the street From the corner, we give them
the eye Baby, out on the street I can feel alright Meet me out on the street Little girl, tonight Come on Baby, out on the street Baby, out on the street (Instrumental) Baby, out on the street Baby, out on the street I’ll be out on the street Out on the street I’ll be out on the street I’ll be out on the street I’ll be out on the street I’ll be out on the street I’ll be out on the street I’ll be out on the street I’ll be out on the street (Instrumental)

It was sold out and last minute the seats behind the stage were opened up for sale..we didn't care where we sat – just happy to be able to see him – this was the best concert I have ever seen in my life, and I have seen many! There are no words to describe how incredible it was!

  20. I saw this show when I was 19……where has the time gone??? Long live the Boss ( And me) ?

  21. @2:25 the sax solo they failed to light up the sax player The Big Man Clarence Clemons. Watch as Bruce, being the gentleman he is runs across stage, dragging his spot beam of light to light up Clarence.

  22. Sometimes I play a game with my brain where I am back in my bedroom in '63 watching some musical act on – I don't know….Ed Sulivan – and a man from the future appears, hooks two wires up to the antenna inputs, tunes to unused channel three, then plays something like this from a strange typewriter. I always end up teary-eyed. Despite all, isn't this an incredible life to live; to be able to hear Bruce then go out and conquer our lives?

  23. Saw him in Pittsburgh for the 1st time that same year… Rock n Roll in it's purest form, completely blew me away

  24. This is a true working class anthem, what doubt can there be about it

  25. Super joyous rendition of "Out in the Street"! I just love the part at 4:15 when Clarence turns to Danny and just smiles and dances! They're both in heaven now, playing together again, without any care at all. Love to see that.
