IT HAS REALLY BEEN COMING DOWN JUST POURING, IN FACT, THIS IS THE LIGHTEST THAT THE RAIN ARE HAS BEEN OVER THE PAST HOUR, AND AND A HALF. YOU KNOW, WE ARE HERE IN ZUMA BEACH A BIG PILE OF SANGD FOR PAST DAY OR SO LOCAL AND COUNTY OFFICIALS HAVE BEEN URGING RESIDENTS TO GET OUT HERE TO FILL UP SANDBAGS AND TO GET TO THEIR PROPERTIES TO TRY TO PROTECT IT THE BEST THEY CAN. WE DID GO UP INTO THE HILLS TO SOME OF THE MOST EFFECTED AREAS BY THE WOOLSEY FIRE. AND WE HAVE SOME VIDEO OF PROPERTY OWNSERS WHO DID TAKE THE TIME AND CARE TO LINE THEIR PROPERTIES WITH SANDBAGS IN PREPARATION TO HOPE TO PREVENT ANY FLOODING THAT WOULD COME BECAUSE OF TODAY’S STORM BUT IT HAS REALLY BEEN COMING DOWN AND THERE IS JUST SO MUCH UP THERE THAT JUST DIRT AND DEBRIS IT IS EASY TO UNDERSTAND WHY THERE IS SO MUCH CONCERN TONIGHT AND IT IS EASY TO UNDERSTAND WHY THAT MUDSLIDE THOSE MUDSLIDES OCCURRED JUST NORTH OF US HERE ON PCH WE HAVE OVER THE PAST — HOUR SEEING THAT TRAFFIC HAS REALLY LIGHTENED UP HERE ON PCH WITH A LOT OF EMERGENCY VEHICLES BUT SURELY NOT ONLY ON PCH BUT ALSO IN THE BURN AREAS ESSENTIAL KEEPING AN EYE OUT FOR ANY PROBLEMS SHOULD THEY OCCUR WHICH I WOULD ANTICIPATE IF THE STORM CONTINUES AS WE’VE SEEN IT OVER
