Flood concerns have officials issuing warnings


MORG: THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GRAY ISSUING THESE WARNINGS. YOU COULD SEE THE RIVER BEHIND ME FLOWING VERY FAST. EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE HE SEE A CHUNK OF ICE FLOATING THROUGH IT. YOU CAN SEE IT IS VERY HIGH AND VERY FAST. THIS AREA DOWN HERE ON FRONT STREET IS OF CONCERN. THE FLOOD STAGE FOR THIS AREA IS 12 FEET. WE ARE APPROACHING THAT, GETTING CLOSER TO 11 FEET NOW. OFFICIALS SAY THIS WILL GET TO 14 FEET LATER TONIGHT AND 14 AND A HALF FEET BY TOMORROW AFTERNOON. THAT MEANS WATER WILL BE TWO FEET DEEP IN THE PARKING LOT AND WATER WILL BE TO THE EDGE FRONT STREET IN HALLOWELL TH .
