Fog Lights on with High Beams (All Lights Mod) 2014-2019 Silverado Sierra Tahoe Yukon Suburban

Go off of the pin location, not the color! You may have a solid brown wire in this location. REFERENCE PIN LOCATION!!!!! It may be a solid brown wire depending on your vehicle. Reference pin location as primary reference! Reference pin location as primary reference, wire colors may vary.

  1. Link to kit: https://boostautoparts.com/products/6hi?utm_source=14-19%20GM%206hi&utm_medium=Comment&utm_campaign=YouTube

Please note, some trucks may have a solid brown wire in pin 10 rather than a brown with white stripe. Always reference off of the pin locations, NOT the wire colors. If you have any questions please contact us.

  2. Thank you for this video. I've wanted for years to be able to do this. I just went to the website and ordered one. Now, though, I want to know about the light bar in the grill. LoL That is the next thing I want to do. I have the exact same truck (and grill). I'd like to know how you found to best mount it.

  3. Great video, I should have watched the whole thing the first time! If you connect the circuit the wrong way it turns the highs on with the fogs all the time, ask me how I know…..

  4. The jumper is working correctly like it should but the fog light indicator light on my temp gauge
goes out when the high beams are turned on. The fog lights are still on, but the indicator light goes out. Is this ok? I have a 2017 Silverado LTZ.

  5. The wire positions were correct but the brown with white stripe was solid brown on my 2015 Silverado (brown w/white stripe was in a different position). Fog light indicator on instrument panel is not lit with high beams but fog lights are on. Nice job on the video!

  6. Can you still toggle the buttons and switches so that you can have the high beams on and the fog lights off?

  7. As mentioned down below my 2018 Silverado 2500 the 1st wire was brown with no stripe. Following pin position worked even though with colors were different than the video

  8. Does this work the same with the 2019 Colorado ZR2 Bison with the AEV bumper/fog lights?

  9. well i just installed mine on my 2018 silverado but the wires were brown and purple no stripes however location of wires were correct works good. now it just needs to get dark

  10. On my 2016 Silverado LT with the fogs off they come on when the highs are on. Is this normal? I don't always want both on.

  11. Followed installation perfectly and all works but when I turn on my high beams my horn goes off and it dosent stop sounding until i turn the brights off.

  12. Hey guys. I have a 2018 Silverado with LED DRL's and LED fog lights. Normally, if I turn the fog lights on during the day, the DRLs will remain on at full brightness along with the fog lights. This is really nice during inclement weather or near dusk. This module won't disable the DRLs when I turn the fogs on during the day will it? If my pinout is correct it doesn't look like the DRL circuit is tapped during the install, but I wanted to ask before buying. Thanks in advance!

  13. I know this is for all 6 but is there a way to use this kit so it would only activate all 4, I.E. low and high lights only? I have a light bar that is wired to my fog light switch and don't want it and the fog lights coming on when I activate high beam switch.

  14. You guys should be updating your video. For that brown wire if the horn goes off with the high beams.
