WEST OF THE CITY AND INTO THE OTHER PARISHES, THEY GOT POUNDED AS WELL WITH NINE INCHES OF RAIN AND ALL OF US WITHIN THAT FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL 6:00 ON SATURDAY WITH THE POTENTIAL THAT WE COULD HAVE ANOTHER TWO TO FOUR INCHES OF RAIN. THIS AREA OF LOW PRESSURE IS FINALLY ON THE MOVE, BUT LOOK AT WHAT IS HAPPENING SOUTH OF LOUISIANA, SOUTH OF MISSISSIPPI. THIS IS A WHOLE LOT OF MOISTURE AND IT IS MOVING NORTH.
