[piano music] Welcome to the Balkans. I’m your trainer Tommy
Rivers and this is part one of our two-part intro
to 10k race prep series. This 4-week intermediate
program is designed to help you
complete and race a 10K. On part one, we will focus
on foundation and strength. Part 2, we’ll focus on final
race preparations for that 10K. We will progress
slowly allowing your body to make positive adaptations
making you stronger and more efficient in
your preparation to race a 10K. So join me, your trainer, Tommy Rivers as we
explore the Balkans in part one of this intro
