New alert system to send faster flood warnings to people on Guadalupe River

REPORTER: TWO PRESSURE SENSORS ARE IN THE WATER NEAR SIREN TOWERS. THE SENSORS COLLECT INFORMATION ABOUT RIVER HEIGHT, WATER, SPEED, AND RAINFALL.
