  1. The city was asleep. All I ever hear is the same lame excuse that the pumps can only pump 1 inch an hour and half inch after that and of course it's from the same people who can afford flood insurance. With all the money going into the city and the leaders pocketing it, it's time they change some policies. The first one is to stop All Train Horns in Poorer areas since city leaders Know they are the Main Cause of floods. Install bells instead of the dam horns which spray weather altering chemicals. Have the dam trains blow their Horns in wealthy neighborhoods since they can afford it.

  2. And on trash pick up days, have other contractor trucks undo the atmosphere damage that the trash trucks cause, since again, the City uses Special Fuel, knowingly, which cause weather disasters. Any department that uses their Own Fuel is in the scheme and the poor are the ones who pay the price. Everything they do is connected to other departments. Then you have the idiots who are chopped doing their dirty work, unknowingly

  3. In my opinion, if Mayor Mitch Landrieu and his City Council would have concerned themselves with flooding and crime, instead of taking down historical monuments throughout the city and protecting ILLEGALS in the City of New Orleans. Perhaps New Orleans would not have become the sewer it is today. But of course, they only ALLOW the public to vote on what THEY want them to.
Yep, this is what you wanted, this is what you got. Happy now?
    SUCKERS!
