SOME OF US SAW POSSIBLE TORNADOES BUT THE POSSIBILITY OF FLASH FLOODING HERE TO BREAK IT ALL DOWN FOR US. IT STARTED OUT NICE AND THEN GOT UGLY. OUR HEAT WAVE IS BREAKING AND WITH THAT A LINE OF STORMS COMING THROUGH STRONG TO SEVERE TRACKING SOME OF THOSE SO LET’S GET INTO IT. THE BIGGEST THREAT IS PROBABLY THE FLASH FLOODING BUT SOME OF THESE STORMS PACKING A TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING STRIKES BEING REPORTED ALL ACROSS THE AREA AND THIS IS SLOW MOVING IN TERMS OF THE NATURE OF THESE CELLS. SLOW MOVING CELLS WITH CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING A WHILE FOR THE STORMS TO PASS AND SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING THROUGH 5:15 FOR CAROLINE AND QUEEN ANN COUNTY. THERE WON’T BE A TON BEHIND THAT OTHER THAN SCATTERED DOWN POURS. NOT AS MUCH LIGHTNING. OUR WATCH THROUGH MIDNIGHT AND FLASH FLOOD WATCH THROUGH EARLY TOMORROW MORNING. WE’LL TALK MORE ABOUT THE ENTIRE SET-UP AS WE GO INTO THE REST OF ABC 2 NEWS AT 5. SEE YOU IN A MINUTE. THANKS. KEEPING BE EYE ON THINGS FOR US TO DO AND WORK HARD TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE PREPARED FOR ANY STORM ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS
