with another training tip from solo strike. I’m going to practice a tsunami kick. that means
I’m gonna take the back leg, and I’m gonna bring it up and jump through & spin hook kick with my front leg.
Watch me here, I take my right leg, jump up, spin hook kick all the way through.
I can do this on the other side as well watch me: I’m gonna bring it up & spin hook kick all the way through. now, for these more high level kicks they require us to really focus on our precision and accuracy sometimes we like to go for these huge flashy kicks that really aren’t that accurate. these kicks are going so I can maintain my martial arts techniques
