WILKINSON COUNTY’S EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT SAYS MORE THAN 90% GOT SLAMMED BY THE STORM, INCLUDING THE MAYOR. HE AND MORE THAN 70 OTHERS STAYED AT A SHELTER IN ADAM’S COUNTY.
